    So why am I unable to send messages. More specifically why does it say unable to send due to previous behaviour when trying to send a message on xbox.com, when I have a perfect record?

    Cant send messages on console or website

    It says due to my past behavior I cant send messages, according to the xbox enforcement site I have a perfect record

    Cannot send messages to players

    I cannot send messages to players as when I try to send messages through xbox.com, it says it is unable to send due to previous behaviour, upon looking at enforcement.xbox.com, it states my account has a clean record. Why is this happening, if I have a perfect
    record?

    Seems like an odd glitch going on, you could try signing into enforcement.xbox.com just to be sure its not that.

    It's not that according to the site my record is perfect. So this is obviously a Microsoft issue.
    Definitely a microsoft issue... all my stuff checks out, but no messages will send

    Banned on mineplex server.

    According to xbox I have a perfect record and no band of any kind on record. This seems to be an issue of my appeal being accepted and someone forgetting to unban me. Also, xbox telling me I have a perfect record really makes me question the validity of
    the ban that was placed on me by mineplex.
