Unable to send console for repair

    Unable to send console for repair


    When I make a repair request at the end I am greeted with a mostly-blank page displaying a message in red text that reads: "An error occurred. Please try again. An error occurred. Please try again."

    I've tried multiple times over a 5 day period. It won't work.

    I've also tried with multiple accounts, all which had Xbox Live.

    I've also tried with 4 different browsers.

    Or, if they are unable to fix the problem. You may need to send your console in for repair. Sorry to hear about your problems.

    Hey there WMD Zankari!

    We definitely don't suggest making any repairs to the console yourself. Doing so is against the Terms of Use and will make you unable to send your console in for repairs if anything else happens to it. The best course of action would be to wait until you're
    able to send the console in for an official repair.

    Hey folks,

    I'd suggest getting them to give you a callback and arrange this console exchange to happen by phone.

    They can raise the exchange ticket on your behalf if you provide them the info.

    Hello Hemmafrun,

    When a repair is done they will first try and repair the console you send in. If they are able to then they will send that one back to you. If they are unable to repair it then they will send out a refurbished one. Unfortunately, they do not say what was
    wrong with it.
