Unable to send a case review

    Unable to send a case review


    Hello everyone,

    so my account got banned for communication and playing multiplayer couple days ago. I felt like i did nothing wrong and i didn't know why would i get banned. First i contacted a xbox support on their live chat. They told me they can just recommend
    using Case review, but they couldn't help me with it futher, because of security reasons and they sent me a link enforcment.xbox.com. I clicked on the orange hammer button, i found the ban and clicked apply for a case review. Problem is the page wasn't loading
    or i just agreed to terms of use and then it took me back to the page with an orange hammer. But when i checked the ban page againg, that option was still there (that means it wasn't submited right and that option shouldn't be there anymore). I tried different
    web browsers and devices and i even checked network settings. If sombody sees this from the reforcement team, could you help with my ban. Gamertag on the banned account is **** Husky

    I can’t send a case review.

    Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions. Also The Enforcement team no longer uses the forums.

    You will need to visit Xbox's enforcement page to find out any information about your current case.

    Occasionally, some of all of the Xbox Enforcement website's features may be down due to network congestion. This can be true if you've already tried many different browsers and platforms.

    There is unfortunately nothing else you can do but wait and try again later.

    The Enforcement team does not post here on the forums, nor does anybody else around here have access to your Enforcement records. The forums will not be able to assist you any further than this.

    Unable to open case review

    Do people even respond to these? Please have someone case review me.. It's seemingly always the same thing in this game.. people get mad over small things, and its straight to the report button. Then it's their word against mine how is that fair? I've mostly
    been playing with friends. In any case.. I would like to know what it is I did wrong because I don't believe I did anything against Microsoft's TOS.

    Unable to file case review.

    Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review. So if one is not listed, then all you can do is wait it out.

    If a case review is listed, but the site is giving you trouble, try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser.

    we are having the same problem. apparently you open a case review but nowhere is there a button to open a case review and no support to help you. Just a long ban over a tiny thing.
