Unable to select/purchase Dark Souls II DLC Bundle/Crown of the Ivory King DLC

Hi. I recently beat Dark Souls II and I wanted to play the DLC. When I go to the marketplace on my 360 and select the DLC bundle it attempts to open the buy/purchase screen but it always closes. I then tried to buy each DLC individually (there is 3),
and I was able to open 2 of the purchase screens (I did not purchase them however, because I wanted to make sure all 3 were available). Lo and behold the Crown of the Ivory King DLC had the same issue as the bundle did and the purchase screen would not come
up. So I came online and looked to see if I could buy it on here but when I try to open the webpages for either the DLC bundle or the Crown of the Ivory King DLC it says "page not found"..... Does xbox no longer sell the Crown of the Ivory King DLC or the
bundle even though they are listed? Any help would be appreciated.

Dark Souls vs Dark Souls two

I've played all three of them and, while the brilliant Dark Souls world connectivity isn't there, I find Dark Souls 2 to be the most fun of the three. The forced PVP is what makes the game so great and they've improved on most of the mechanics in Dark Souls
2 - some steps backward but mostly for the better. Can't wait for Bloodborne and the Ivory King DLC.
