    Hello, I'm unable to see my screenshots and my friends screenshots on the newsfeed however, they show up in my game DVR. I'm wondering how do I fix this issue.

    Sorry to hear it. According to the ToU and CoC of the Live service when an account is banned from the Live service you lose access to any Money/Gold/DLC that was associated with that account.

    If you would like more information on the reason for the ban you can post in the Suspension forums and the PET can answer you.

    Quite a few people asking me about this & i'm experiencing the same thing so it sounds like a system wide issue.

    Just a case of waiting for it to be fixed.

    Thanks for reporting! This issue should now be resolved, are either of you still experiencing this issue? If so, give your Xbox One console a quick power cycle by holding the power button down for 10 seconds and report back with the results!

    When I redeem the code, It displayed the name of the game. As the screnshot shows, the game can be seen in my game library... but canot see in the console library

    Try go in Settings on the Start Menu and then seek by Xbox, Click on Xbox Bar and next Xbox Network, and see if Your Nat is Open,

    If you have error msg you can share with us here too like Screnshot helps us to understante what is hapen with your connection.

    other Suggestion is call to the your Internet Provider and as to they if the all ports is open in your connection for your router manegement that for you
