Unable to see my friend

    Not sure if this is the right place to put this, but ah well. A while back my friend bought the xbox one, i am still on 360. Since then he disappeared from my friends list. I have sent him numerous request and while he accepts them every time and has me
    listed as a friend, on my xbox he is still listed as request pending. I have checked and double checked every setting I can think of. What am I missing here?

    PS i can see other friends who have xbox one fine, it is just this one friend who went missing from my list

    Ever since the XBOX LIVE outage i'm not able to see my friend list nor send messages, friend request, or game invite Please help

    unable to see friend online

    My friend bought xboxone now when he is online I am unable to see his status or if hes playing, or even online at all.

    Have been to his house I am not blocked on his list and I can see my self online with his xbox . Has anyone else had this issue

    can you have your friend check if there are any open friend requests at
    account.xbox.com/Friends     and accept it from there, to see if that helps anything.

    For me ( the one who asked the question ) its been going on for weeks i thought it was because my account is so old or maybe it got banned but i checked my enforcement.xbox and it said i have a perfect record not to sure on what to do brothers :(
