Unable to see games after factory reset

Hey, I had to do a factory reset of my Xbox One after being stuck on the green home screen. Now I am unable to even see my games in my library and the Microsoft store wants to update but won’t finish. I tried another factory reset but I still have the same problems. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Reagan, yes, there is a new update for the Micosoft store on Xbox, if it's locked, try clearing the cache and when restarting the console see if the download starts.

I don't know if your console is connected by wi-fi or cable, but if you're using wi-fi switch to cable if possible.

As for games, it can be a momentary bug, if you had more than one account on your console don't forget to put the other accounts on Xbox.

Cancel the store download and then do the procedure below.

The first is a cache cleanup:

1. Go to xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds for it to turn off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

It is able to see my wireless network, but it is unable to connect to it. It also detects when the Ethernet cable is plugged in.

The above details are for a wired connection after it was reset to the factory defaults

Pretty sure it is WPA

Thanks for posting! I am unable to see the Deus Ex pictures mentioned in your post in those screenshots that are attached. Try a quick Factory Restore on
your Xbox One console by selecting Reset and keep my games & apps and see if the results persist after signing in to Xbox Live.

If you are still seeing this and are unable to unmute your friend then let's try a cold boot of the console by unplugging it for a full 5 minutes. If that does not help then the next step will be to perform a quick

Hello ItsOminousCloud sorry to hear unable to see any games on the external HD. You can try a Soft
factory reset just make sure to keep games and apps due to it is also the console experiencing issues with games starting.
