    Hello! I really don't understand what happened I have been able to see game chat and type in chat but now it's an issue and I really don't understand what to do. I saw the Microsoft message that popped up in chat (.ms/mcmultiplayerhelp)but I did everything and that didn't work because Im still unable to see chat and my account has been set to adult for these last few years. I also don't understand why is this a thing if a little pop-up message when I wanna connect to an in-game server on Minecraft (ask do you wanna proceed the game chat can be a little disturbing and all that) and I always chose yes and I also purchased things on my account and I honestly feel like I just wasted money because if I don't work I have to create a new account I guess? but I really don't know can someone please help me!

    I contacted phone support last night and he said "It sounds like you have one of the faulty headsets. We'll send you a new one."

    Just waiting for new headset now to see if that fixes issue.

    Which game are you trying? I know Battlefield 4's in game chat is awful. Have you tried party chat to see if it's the headset or if it's the game itself?
