Unable to see active communication ban

About a 2 days ago, I received a 7 day ban. I was playing a game and after the match someone sent me messages calling me scum and trash. I responded by explaining why they didn't win. Somehow I get banned and now I'm trying to see the active suspension but there is nothing in my enforcement history. I want to appeal because I don't believe I said anything offensive, BUT I can't see my active suspension.... literally contemplating buying a playstation now, they don't ban people for defending themselves from harassment.

Unfortunately there's an issue with the site. There's no way to submit a case review until that is fixed and the enforcement site shows your suspension.

Did you check the Xbox Enforcement page to see if there's still a suspension or communication ban active on your account?

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

Remove your account from the Xbox.
Give your Xbox a power cycle.
Add your account back into the Xbox.
Attempt to use the social features now.

try hard resetting the console by holding the power button in for 10 seconds. Then, reboot the console.

Also, if that does not work, try removing the account from the console then adding it back again.
