Unable to save or share screenshots and clips!

This has been driving me nuts. No matter what game I take a screenshot or make a clip in, I am both unable to save them and cannot share them either! I have tried a hard system reset. I have checked, double checked, and triple checked my privacy settings.
I have toggled allowing broadcasting on and off. And I have had XBL Gold for 11 years straight. My NAT is Open. NOTHING I do seems to affect my ability to save or share. Eventually any screenshot I take just disappears because they are just temporary
if not saved and I can save none. 1TB model with over 60% free space. I just want to be able to use the Game DVR feature that comes with the system for once!

Can someone please help me with this?

This has been driving me nuts. after this month's update No matter what game I take a screenshot or make a clip in, I am both unable to save and share them, basically THEY DON'T GET UPLOADED TO XBOX SERVERS so they don't show up in the feed = no one
will ever see them !

I have tried a hard system reset. I have checked my privacy settings. I have toggled allowing broadcasting on and off. And I have had XBL Gold, My NAT is Open.

but after doing everything I found only 2 way that my capturers can be uploaded to xbox servers

1- take the clips in upload studio and upload them my self

2- deleting my profile and re downloading it ( this temporary fix everything )

for a short time before I turn off my xbox every screenshot and game clip gets uploaded with no delay and problem

but when I turn it off everything gos back to sh@t ,

basically each time if I want to save or share anything i must deleting my profile again and again . . .

 

Sharing trouble

i am sorry to bother you but i have annoying problem. Since i bought console in january i am unable to share screenshots and clips. I have gold membership and i can save screenshots and clips but i can not share them. Console is connect to internet of course
and i have all updates but since january, there is no change. Everytime i try to share saved screenshot i get

"try again later. Sorry we are unable to share this at the moment. It may be taking longer than usual to upload, or there may be a temporary problem with service."

It is the same for every gáe i played and took a clip or screenshot. Everytime i get this message.

I am from czech republic and my OS version is 6.2.12998.0 (xb_rel_1506.150601-2200) fre

We will need some more info to better help you with this issue:

Can you record clips normally?

Do you get an error code when you try to save clips?

Are you part of the xbox preview program?

 

Im having the same problem here its an error 0x82323016 its really ruinning my experience since i cant share anything just if I use upload but it was suposed to be automatic

 

BMLIMO the error code you run into seems spread when using DVR in saving game clips and I hope someone will come along to solve it once and for all.

An improvised way to go around it is this, when the error code appears: go to end clip now and keep the last 5 min. Most of the times the clip is saved.

 

I tryed that but it didnt work, the terrible part is that screen shots are useless now

 

I'm having the same issue as well. Its so annoying.

 

Im kind of having the same problem to. So last night I took some screenshots of Forza 6. I went to look on my feed, but they are not there. Its only showing me my last screenshots that i took. Im very annoyed and want to figure a way to fix it. I checked
this morning, but they were still not there!

 

The same is happening to me. My screenshots and clips are not being displayed on Activity Feed but somehow, only my achievements appears on it... Very annoying

 

M3tal Daz3, Yeah, like I said it will make clips and take screenshots, I just can't SAVE any of them. Going into Game DVR I can either select one and get this message:

"Capture not saved

Sorry, the capture you selected was not saved. Please try again."

Or all of them and get this slightly different one:

"No captures saved

Sorry, none of your selected captures were saved. Please try again."

And no other info is provided as to why. No error code. And after awhile, unsaved screens/clips get deleted automatically.

 

The same thing been happening to me and it just happened out of no where? I recorded clips & screenshots, everything there on my game DVR but it won't show on my activity feed? Nothing sharing but the last feed from 1-3 days ago etc. The funny part is that
I can't see no one feed but their achievements, who they added as friend, or broadcasting. Nothing of screenshots or clips? It's very annoying & wondering if any of you problem fix or anyway to solve it??

 

Have it fix on its own just let it be or what can I do to solve my problem? I don't know why it's doing this to me
