Unable to save Kinect sign in data imtermittently with error 0x80a40008

I have spoken with MS Support over this, but the issue persists, where the data from the Kinect is unable to be stored, particularly if I try to change the data to update where I sit from the sensor (I often have to manually sign in to use the console).
The error code I get is 0x80a40008, which comes back to connectivity on signin. sometimes it saves, but often won't. Another issue I discovered was during a factory reset, I noticed the Kinect sensor did not calibrate before I entered my gamertag info. that
made the Kinect sensor to not read anything on the sensor assisted sign in.

MS Support suggested testing connectivity, which the network and multiplayer tests out fine. Removing the gamertag and user data and hard resets and factory resets work, temporarily, until the console is used, then it won't want to sign me in until I manually
sign in. I don't want to put it at automatic sign in because I want to keep that data secure.

This started yesterday to my knowledge. I have searched for solutions, but found no specific info about this particular way the code is used. Apparently, there is a problem with the Kinect info to be saved in the storage, which leads to a driver issue and
how that driver saves information and communicates with the OS.

I suspect this is a software issue. Kinect does work otherwise, but seems limited in what it once could do.

Code 0x80a40008 refers to an unexpected sign in error.

The solution suggests to go "Xbox, go home" Sign out all users if possible, and try to find your profile, and try to sign in again. If you are still having issues, try trouble shooting with your Kinect to see if it recognizes you. If you are still receiving
the same error code, then you will need to speak with Xbox Support to get further technical assistance with your Xbox One.

Otherwise you can try a hard reset by pressing down on the Xbox Power Button Located on your console. Hold that down for 10 seconds and do a full fresh reboot. Try signing in from there.

Kinect auto log in still asks for passkey

Hi,

Kinect recognizes me, but i still have to type in my passkey.

is there an option to sign in using kinect, without typing the passkey?

i thought biometrical data would be save enough to sign in...
