    Also when i play any game it says unable to save game.

    i have lost my game file by a file corruption

    when opening the game and waiting for it to load the game save it poped up to have a game save corruption and now i am unable to playing the save. i have made in game purchases and that is gone as well.

    I have done this, that was the "A Partial Console Reset (This also removed all my saved games and despite cloud sync being on, my saved games were unable to be restored and were in fact not even there)." that I spoke
    about in my OP.

    It did not solve the issue, and while it kept my installed games, it wiped all saved games from the console (which I was then unable to recover due to the cloud apparently not working).

    Hard restart the system then unplug the power when you turn on the system check your nat type make sure it's open them tri the sync again
