Unable to save change while set my home xbox ....still issue unknown

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Can you let us know each and every troubleshooting step you have tried? That way we don't have you try things that already failed to resolve the issue.

My first recommendation would of course be a
power cycle on your Xbox. I would also recommend trying to set u p your home Xbox on a different network. A hotspot, or a friend/family members home network would work fine for this step.

Thank you very much for the response, I have a problem with my account when making my home xbox although other accounts can be made my home xbox without an issue.

And tried to solve the problem as some pointed out:

- Restart the console

- Change the location in the console

- Delete the account from the console

- Soft reset for the console without deleting games and applications.

-Delete linked family accounts

- Delete all the devices that I have on my account and keep the desktop and console xbox one

s it possible that the computer caused the problem? Note that I was playing and still on the computer platform before xbox one

Although my xbox live gold and game pass accounts have been upgraded to Game Pass Ultimate

Always get a "unable to save change" message because you are not connected to the service even though the account is connected and working correctly

I still have 5 switch left

Is there an issue in the Microsoft account?

If your account is set as the home, then you should still be able to play your games offline.

Try going into the Settings > Network > Go offline, then load up a game.

just to add, if it's not your set as your home xbox currently you will be unable to set it as such until the services are back up.

Unfortunately ... I was trying to make my Xbox home but I get a message that I can not save changes because of the service note that I have 5 chances to change

You have to remove yourself from the previous Xbox you have designated as the home one. You can't be on both simultaneously. Also sharing accounts with friends, family etc is really risky and depending how you go about it also against the Xbox TOS. People
lose accounts all the time by doing this and not being careful, Or they become victims of fraud, receive bans etc. If it's just to play a few games during the afternoon I wouldn't do this if I were you.

If you mean that did I set his account as mine home xbox then yes. But he can't set mine account as his.
