Unable to Save Avatar

Yea so i've been trying to save my avatar for a couple days now and I just will not work. The message I receive is "Something went wrong. Try again in a little while". So if there is anyway I can resolve this let me know.

Deleted my cache, restarted Xbox and it didn't work.

Also i'm on the xbox one.

xbox 360 transfer

Your profile information (gamerscore, avatar, etc.) will transfer, but the One is not backwards compatible. So you will be unable to play/use 360 games or saves.

I have contacted the support service myself regarding this issue and they admit there is a problem with the avatar program in xbox one. Let's hope this will be patched soon!

Never mind. It's probably helpful to save the avatar, then buy avatar marketplace items. If you don't save the avatar when, for example, you swap the gender of your avatar everything will be available to purchase from the avatar marketplace, except for the
dress up items... For some strange reason.

Do not save your avatar. Shut your console off without saving your avatar. Restart. It worked for me.
