Unable to retrieve code for Fallout 3

Hello!

I've reached out to customer service, but they said I would receive better help here. I've been busy between work and prepping for the Holiday season over the past few weeks. I logged on today to take advantage of a free moment to redeem my Fallout 4 pre-order
code for Fallout 3. The code itself took about 3 weeks after my purchase to show up in my msg center and it appears to have left in just as mysteriously an untimely manner for me. I spent 20 minutes speaking with an online customer service rep who tried to
process a new code for me and eventually admitted that the system wasn't permitting him to go any further. I asked if it was possible to simply retrieve and resend the same msg I'd received to which he said he sadly didn't have the tools available to pull
off such a request.

Raymond instructed me: I much as I love to resend it but we do not have a tools to process that one. The best that we can do is to post the issue on the forum site that I provided and no need to worry for that since someone will check on for you and you
will be able to received a code for the fallout 3.

I was hoping to have the issue resolved before heading to work today, but now I'm hoping for any response to my issue. Thank you for your time.

Fallout 3 code lost in messages.

I purchased fallout 4 and was sent a code to download fallout 3 as a promotion for pre ordering. Now I am unable to retrieve the message and after speaking with xbox live support via chat I was told to post here.

If someone could assist me with getting the code for fallout 3 that would be great.

Hello, I preordered Fallout 4 and recieved a code to get Fallout 3. I did not retrieve the code at first, but now that Fallout 3 is backwards compatibl, I would like to redeem my code. However, t message no longer appears on my message board. Can someone
help me retrieve my Fallout 3 code?

 

4 days so far without response from a representative.

 

14 days since my post. No help yet with my issue. I'm not sure at this point if the staff is back logged because of the holidays, but questions posted after my submission date have been tended to.

I pre-ordered the game via Live's digital download. Considering I first reached out through customer support and was directed here, I hoped for better customer service on my issue. my understanding is that the code expires toward the end of this month. This
has been anything but prompt.

 

Most of the people you see providing assists here are Xbox Community Ambassadors - a programme of community volunteers who can assist by providing troubleshooting steps and experience of what has worked in the past, but do not have the tools to retrieve
expired messages. Meanwhile the official Support Agents on here might have been backlogged over the holiday period, but they also tend to deal with threads in chronological order, always starting with the oldest threads and working forwards; by bumping your
thread you've inadvertently bumped it out of their sight.

I will as one of them to stop by here and see if they can help you out but it may take an additional day or two, being Sunday.

Both for your response and empathetic explanation as to possible culprits for the delay. I'll be available Sunday or Monday to troubleshoot with a representative if they're available. But I just want to say thanks for responding and schooling me on how the
