Unable to retreive My account - new xbox, forgotten e-mail

My xbox 360 recently blew up, so I bought a new 360 and I've been trying to get my account on the new one. The problem has been that I've had the account for about 7 years and everything associated with the account (e-mail, phone #) doesn't exist. I tried
to do a recovery form but I literally can't fill any of it out except my name and obvious info, so I was denied. I have the visa and all the payment info for the account. Its been crazy frustrating because I knew beforehand that the e-mail was wrong and I
tried switching it through my xbox 360 when it worked through the 'security prompt'that kept repeating itself everytime I turned it on but it never saved or something. Please help.

Parental Approval Required...

i have recently tried to update my billing information but am unable to as it asks for my parental approval via an e-mail account. i set this xbox account up when i was 13. now i am 18 i feel this is extremely unnecessary! also i have forgotten which e-mail
they used and now cannot access my billing info!!! ARGHHH

Can you sign in Xbox live with a different E-mail account?

So, I have already an Xbox Live user and my E-mail account I used to sign in Xbox Live is about to close. Can I use a different E-mail account to sign in Live with the same user?

It's important, because I have all my achievements/ plus friends in this user and I cannot try it out, because I have not created another E-mail account, yet.

Recover your account you will no longer have access to that account.

I've forgotten the E-mail that I used to create the account, and when I normally try to log in to the account on my Xbox 360 it says that it needs the E-mail and the password.

It sounds like you may have been using a different e-mail address on your Xbox 360 than what you entered on your Xbox One. If you've forgotten the e-mail you've used check out the steps to

Find your Microsoft account email address.

You need a third 'dummy' E-mail for this. A gamertag will always need an E-mail ascosiated with it. So its like a game of musical chairs. With the third E-mail you will, for e.g. bring it to this gamertag and swap it for its WLID then that E-mail will be
free to be swapped with your secondary account. The E-mail on your secondary will be free to be swapped for the WLID that you put on the gamertag and the Third 'Dummy' E-mail can be forgotten about. Hope that helps.
