    Unable to resubscribe to Gold?! - It runs out in one day


    I have been trying all weekend to resubscribe to Gold, My current gold membership expires tomorrow.

    I am using the same credit card I have used previously, there is more than enough cash on it, my region is nz, I am based in NZ

    I am getting the following code -

    Unable to click Join in Preview dashboard app

    I assume so, i have an app that installed one day title xbox preview dashboarf but i cant click join within the app, i also have the survey app but it will not run unless I join the prwview app. Unless a token is something different?

    Unable to get XBL to swap to new card

    i didnt know changing a Card out of a running subscription is not possible, either you would have to let it run out or give xbox Support a call so they can Change it for you.

    Go to the store and buy a pre-paid gold subscription. It's much cheaper, and far less hassle.

    Switching Xbox Game Pass subscriptions

    You would need to turn off auto renew at HTTPS://account.microsoft.com/services then allow the subscription to run out. Remember any Live Gold got converted and you will
    lose it if you just cancel the subscription. Once Game Pass Ultimate has run out completely, you can then resubscribe to Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass.

    No game saves will be wost.
