Unable to reset my password

Im contacting you on behalf of my son, in the hope someone can help!!

First his console kept turning itself off after only a few seconds, after resetting it a number of times it stayed on long enough for him to try to sign in, but it kept saying the password was incorrect

(it was'nt, it worked fine the day before)

So he tried to reset it, After filling out Recover account form with details only he would know (skype contacts, skype username, bank card digits, etc etc, a few hours later he got a reply saying the information was'nt enough. we added every detail we could, apart
from the last contacts he'd emailed & subject lines. Mainly Because hes not sent any emails from his xbox (outlook account) as it was created just for gaming not emailing. Is there anything else we can do to try to get his account back!??

Cannot upgrade or change any settings in the privacy due to incorrect email address and password not right

Have your tried logging into your email address on the website or resetting the password for it?

Also if you are a family account only the primary account may change settings.
