    UNABLE TO REQUEST REPLACEMENT CONTROLLER


    Every time I fill out the stupid form through this web page no matter how many times I do it, I'm unable to get past the screen after you input the serial number and click confirm - It try's to run some form of Java and then comes up with the error of
    login.microsoft.com was unable to connect.....anybody else having issues around this as Microsoft's warranty web page is beyond broken!
