    Unable to request refund preorder


    I am unable to request refund(Forza Horizon 3 Standard edition).

    I am unable to contact support at all because the hours of operation are when I'm asleep and the xbox chat or requesting a call back do not work as the entries for my first and last name are grayed out and no matter what I try I cannot get past the
    initial screen

    I'm hoping someone can assist me here, all I really want to do is chat with someone from support to assist me with my refund.

    How is the Xbox One so far?

    I'm sure you can go to the store and request a refund. That'd be a terrible business model that would probably lose a lot of preorder customers if they kept the preorder money from customers who are unable to afford the merchandise when it releases.

    If you go to the Xbox Support site, there isn't some available to chat? This would really be the only way to get a refund for something like this. Sorry about that!

    How is the Xbox One so far?
