    Unable to replace my XBox One PSU


    I bought my Xbox One from US and I am moving to India. Since the Voltage ratings in India (220-240V) are different from the ones in US (110-120V), I would require a different Power Supply Unit. I have tried contacting the US and Indian Customer Support helplines
    but with no luck. Indian service representative told me they can't replace my PSU because there is a shortage of PSUs in India and they are not processing any requests for consoles bought outside India (which is utterly stupid). The US helpline has no information
    about this and are basically helpless. I have saved chat sessions with them where I have been repeatedly assured that the replacement is possible and won't be an issue at all. Clearly, they are living in a separate world. I have spoken to multiple people online
    who have gotten their 110V PSU replaced for a 220V PSU free of cost in the past but it looks like stocking up PSUs in the service centres has become a priority for Microsoft over retaining customers.

    Any help in this regard is welcome.

    P.S. I have already considered using a transformer but I heard they are noisy and mostly, unreliable. Also, I don't want to spend more money anything. If Microsoft has replaced PSUs free of cost in the past, I would like the same level of service.

    Replace PSU for Xbox One

    I have a Xbox One that will not power up with it's original power supply brick. It will power up with another PSU I have from another console. I need info on how to order a replacement PSU.

    Orange led on when PSU connected to console without any electricity power

    Hi,

    I received my Xbox one today. Plugged PSU the electricity, orange led turn on, plug PSU to console.. nothing happen. Then I took out the electricity from PSU, the orange light still turn on. Take out the PSU plug from console, orange led was gone. Plugged
    back again to electricity, nothing happen. Change several power outlet didn't help either. However, If I put the PSU back to console again the orange led come back to life again.

    Any ideas ? Should I replace my PSU ?

    XBOX ONE REPLACEMENT PSU

    You can't buy one, even from a Microsoft store. I just received my replacement PSU. It was obviously a refurbished unit as I could see the glue on the seams and vents. It crapped out the first time I plugged it in. Third time's the charm!
