    Unable to renew Live by using a code


    Since yesterday evening I have been trying to renew my Live by using a code card purchased from a retailer. Each time I try (app, PC and on the Xbox One) it says that something went wrong in your end, and I need to try again later. Been doing that for 24
    hours now! What to do?

    I am trying to renew xbox live membership by redeeming code [Mod removed]. I spoke to someone yesterday and they said that there were issues, and to try again later. We are still unable to renew the membership

    Unable to renew XBOX Live Gold membership by credit card or by pre-paid microsoft card. What do we do if membership runs out and still can't renew online?

    A system update is required to sign in to Xbox LIVE, but the update is currently unavailable.

    I'm either unable to sign in, update required but not available or I can sign in but get the 8015000a code and unable to access anything. This is unacceptable,. I just renewed my Live subscription after a 6 month hiatus and will be canceling it for good
    as this is no use at all to me.

    Try A hard reset our try renewing xbox live it should definitely work.

    No worries! Normally with these promotions, a code will not deliver immediately after signing up. Instead, they'll either go out 7-10 days after renewing or after 30 days from renewal (which is more common for these types of promotions). You will see the
    code sent to your Xbox Live messages from 'Xbox Live'.

    How long has it been since you renewed Xbox Live Gold? That extra bit of information will help us a bunch.
