    Unable to renew Gold through Dashboard ($39.99 rate)


    I keep trying to renew my Gold subscription for $39.99 as it says on the dashboard. Every time I try it says "Try that again. There is a problem on our end. Waiting a bit might help" Well, Ive waited nearly 2 weeks so, waiting a bit did NOT help.

    My Gold is about to expire and in a tempting offer on my Xbox dashboard it said that if I renewed through the in-dash app, my 12 month subscription would be 39.99 instead of 59.99. However, when I push the "Renew Gold now" button it takes me to the Deals
    with Gold page where the price is the original 59.99. Am I doing something wrong here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I have an offer on my dashboard to renew gold for 3.34 per month, but when you actually go to accept the offer it comes up with renew at 39.99 per 12 months

    I can not get the offer to work and do not want to purchase 12 months at this time can anyone give me any help please

    I am still having this problem. I should be used to this by now but it seems like MS set up this special offer and made it so that you cant redeem it. Ive posted to the forums and called support 3 times and this issue has yet to be resolved. This is ridiculous

    ok, ****! Since you know everything, how about you read the part where I said it was through the dashboard. See, when your membership is about to lapse, they like to remind you of this. So. It WASNT A CARD. It was a special offer THROUGH THE DASHBOARD. It
    was an offer for Xbox Live Gold for 12 months for 39.99. I ended up just paying for 3 months and when that 3 months ended, the same message came up. This time, I had no issues. So, I assume they fixed the problem in that 3 month span. There, are you happy
    now that I came back to explain it for you?
