Unable to remove Xbox One from Microsoft account's "Your Devices" -- shows "Try another page" ...

I have a minor issue that I want to address. In the "Your devices" list, there is this Xbox One that I want to remove from my account because I no longer have that Xbox One. I'm unable to remove it after clicking "Remove Xbox"

When I click on the "Remove Xbox", it shows "Try another page. This link isn't working" page afterwards.

I currently don't have the Xbox One right now as I returned the system and was later planning on getting a higher storage version of the console.

Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.Click to expand...

Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

Right now it is a different problem from what I originally posted.

I go into this link : Sign in to your Microsoft account

The page shows that I was able to successfully remove the Xbox One, but the Xbox One still shows up in my "Your devices" list.

We were able to remove a console on our end here through that website and it didn't come back. It's important to note though that if your profile is still on that console it will show up again on the list. You would either need to remove the profile from
the console. Or change your account password so that the profile can no longer be used on the console. This would ensure that the console doesn't show back up in your list.

When you say it still shows up in the list, are you seeing the exact same serial number?

Yes, I am seeing the exact serial number. I have already changed my account password previously and I am unable to remove the profile from the console as I have already returned it.

Hi Laly,

Thanks for getting back to us. Currently, we don't have a way to choose to remove the account from all your devices. If you would like to remove your account from any device you would have to
manually go and choose to remove the account through the device.

To Remove your Microsoft account from your devices:

Go to Settings
> Accounts > Your account

Tap or click Disconnect my Microsoft account, and restart the device

One thing we have available is to remove the devices from your Microsoft account when you
sign in through our Device section online, (ex; if you registered an Xbox One S on your account it will show up under your devices section)this will allow you to
remove the device from the account but this doesn't remove your account from the device.
