    Unable to remove the follower when blocking them.


    Hello,

    I tried to block some unwanted followers in my follow list, but it still stays on my followers count.

    Both of my followers and my follower's friends count keeps staying when I blocked them. I used the Microsoft answers website and they're not helping me. Does anyone know how to fix this thing?

    I think the block/mute is all you can do at this point.

    Hi there FOA Anguish

    Normally blocking and muting them stops them from seeing if you are online and messaging yourself and seeing your feed items. Even if they are following you they shouldn't be able to contact you as you can see here as well. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-on-windows/social/manage-friends-followers-favorites It
    shouldn't matter if they are on your follower list. The only way they are removed from that list if they remove you but by blocking them they cannot message you or see your feed.

    He has already removed me from his friend's list, but he is still on my followers list even though he isn't following me anymore. I looked on his friend's list and I'm not on it.

    Yeah, but I didn't have any luck with support either. It has to be a bug I'm so tired of this happening this happened before a long time ago and after a few updates came out it fixed itself. It's just really frustrating. I don't care if the person can
    see if I'm online or can message me I just don't want him on my followers list.
