    Unable to remove Pins?


    I usually "pin" stuff that I'm eventually looking to buy, for pricedrop reasons and what not. I recently looked at my pins and noticed that I was unable to remove certain pinned items. Apparently Microsoft has removed these 'pinned items' from the store,
    leaving me unable to un-pin them Unable to remove Pins? :( How to fix?

    OP is saying that the tab that says 250GB on it, that you're supposed to use to pull it out has broken off

    its hard drive and i still have console.

    I can´t do step 5 in HD remove instructions (5.Pull the tab to remove the hard drive) because i teared it off when i tried to remove HD.

    I'm sorry to see any issues with unpinning items on your Xbox 360! We have seen this issue in the past, and would need a couple things from you to dig into this further.

    If you could, please post back with images of what your pins look like, and the exact time, including your time zone, that you last clicked on them to see what options you can get. From there, I will see what our next steps are. :)

    It is 5:20 A.M. on 6-25-17. I'm in the Central Time Zone. I last clicked on them 10 minutes ago to take these photos.

    Pressing Purchase -1 does nothing. Pressing Pin to Home gives me the error message you see. This is for both pins.
