Unable to remove a pin for content that's unavailable

Hello,

I am having trouble with the Pins on the home screen of the Xbox 360. There are two Pins I am unable to remove from the list. Both pins are for items no longer offered on the Xbox Live Marketplace.

Pin #1: Transformers: FoC Demo

Pin #2: Pre-Release Public

I'm not sure what the second pin is for, but I assume it is content that is no longer available. When I click on the pinned item, it takes me to a screen that shows two buttons: Purchase -1 and Pin to Home.

When I push Purchase -1, nothing happens. When I push Pin to Home, it popped up with an error saying "Pins are unavailable at this time."

Also, I've cleared the cache on the system and it had no effect. I want these two pins to disappear, but have found no way to get them to go away.

I usually "pin" stuff that I'm eventually looking to buy, for pricedrop reasons and what not. I recently looked at my pins and noticed that I was unable to remove certain pinned items. Apparently Microsoft has removed these 'pinned items' from the store,
leaving me unable to un-pin them How to fix?

I'm sorry to see any issues with unpinning items on your Xbox 360! We have seen this issue in the past, and would need a couple things from you to dig into this further.

If you could, please post back with images of what your pins look like, and the exact time, including your time zone, that you last clicked on them to see what options you can get. From there, I will see what our next steps are.

Pressing Purchase -1 does nothing. Pressing Pin to Home gives me the error message you see. This is for both pins.

We haven't dealt with this in a few years, so please bare with me while I dig into what team this should be going to. I don't know how long this will take, but I will update you once I have more information. I appreciate your patience, and thank you for
