Unable to Remove a Live Xbox Game

Good evening

Excuse me if my English is a bit twisted.

So, I explain, my xbox live account is associated with my facebook account. I used to play with my facebook account rather than with my windows account. Only, here under Modern Combat 5 blackout, my xbox account has been associated with my brother's facebook
account. So I wanted to erase my progression on xbox live, so I followed the method of microsoft, except that in my xbox account the part delete does not exist. I can not reset the game and my progression has become my brother's progression.

So I would like to know how to reset the game or completely erase xbox live and start a new game with this time my associated accounts.

When pressing both the Menu and View buttons to bring up the mini guide it just says connect to xbox live.

Unable to remove game

I already tried these 3 steps without any effect.

Hi ,

Having a corrupted profile is one of the possible reasons why the game you deleted still shows up. To help you resolve this concern, I recommend that you perform the troubleshooting steps below:

Step 1: Delete Temporary files. This will help delete temporary files that have been stored on your computer.

Click Start and click Settings.

Select System.

Select Storage.

Select This PC.

Click Temporary files.

Choose Temporary files.

Click Remove files.

Step 2: Reset Xbox app from Settings.

Click Start and click Settings.

Select System.

Select Apps & features.

Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.

If the issue persists, I recommend that you uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app. To do this, you may follow the steps below:

Click start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

Type the following command to uninstall Windows Store: Get-AppxPackage xboxapp | Remove-AppxPackage

Hit Enter. Launch Windows Store again and download Xbox App.

A Facebook & Xbox Live account link is primarily to find more of your friends on Xbox Live. It sounds like you may have linked your Facebook profile to that specific game and Gameloft. Is there any other games that this issue occurs in, or is this primarily
with Modern Combat Blackout 5?

You'll have to Contact xbox live support.http://support.xbox.com/en-US/ and go to Contact us. If you explain that you are unable to play, they will remove the game license from your account and
refund your points.
