    Hi

    I've been trying to register my new Xbox One X at page:

    Register (or Unregister) Your Xbox | Xbox Product Registration

    However, it won't accept any phone numbers!

    Neither my landline or mobile no are accepted (no country codes etc as instructed.

    Thought maybe the coder had set it as American format number - nope - White House phone number not accepted

    Similar logic for UK numbers - 10 Downing Street not accepted.

    Can someone please advise what exactly the phone number field is expecting, so that I can make up a suitable number?

    Unable to register account

    Hello,

    I've moved from South Africa back to Netherlands and I was able to change my region to my new country before. Now I am back after finishing my work over there but i was told i couldnt change the region again. So now I wanted to make another account so I
    can use xbox live with cards from this country once again but it won't let me.

    Is Xbox account creation down or something?

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Eventually the device you are unable to remove will fall off. If the console is not registered to your name you are unable to remove it. Personally have a few on my account that I am unable to remove also.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try doing a full clear of your browser's cache to see if that helps. If it does not then you should contact phone support in your region for assistance with registering the console.

    If you live in North America then dial 1-800-469-9269. If not then please post back with which country you live in so we can provide a contact number.
