Unable to register console for preview program

I purchased a used Xbox One. I have been invited to the preview program. I download the app, installed it, and lunched it. Then I get a message saying "Sorry, this console is already registered to another account". The Xbox had a factory reset done
before I received it so all old account info was gone and I do not have access to the individual who previously owned it. How can I get my Xbox unregistered so that I may register it for the preview program? Thank you.

XBOX PREVIEW DASHBOARD

I want to register for the Dashboard Preview Program, but I haven't the option to register on my Xbox 360 console. Can you please register my console for the Dashboard Preview Programm ? Or who I could register for it ? Please help me, because I like to
test the previews of the new Dashboard Updates coming out.

hello im trying to register for the preview program but when i launch the app it says... This console has already been registered to another account.

can my console be unregistered so i can actually register my console to my account and start using the preview app

 

The only way I know to have the console removed from the preview, would be to have the account that was associated with it, ask to be removed. I am not certain if there is any other way to have the console removed from the preview.

 

I had the same problem with a used xbox one saying this console is already registered to another account. you have to cal Microsoft support at 1-800-469-9269 and speak to a technical support rep and have them reset the xbox in short words," remove the preview
registration off that xbox".

 

I called in but as far as they know I have to post on the preview forum to get this resolved. Unfortunately you can't post on the preview forum until you are registered. Looking at other posts of people with this issue, I need a moderator to grant me permission
to post in the preview forums. Could a mod please grant me this access? Thanks.
