    Unable to redeem XBOX pre-paid codes


    I had pre-purchased GOW-4 and I hence I received codes for GOW 1 through 3 along with GOW Judgement. But I am unable to redeem them. I get the following message during the process:

    I am unable to look up what the error code means on - xbox.com/errorhelp as no data wrt this seems to be available. I am trying to redeem it using my xbox account, from xbox.com on my PC. My region is South-East Asia.

    Thanks for making your post, just to clarify is the issue occuring with a Pre-Paid Microsoft Currency/ Xbox Live Gold gift card? Or a pre-paid Visa debit card?

    If this is happening with a Pre-Paid Microsoft Currency/ Xbox Live Gold card please attempt to redeem it following this guide:

    PS: Country that I hail from is India. I have only tried redeeming GOW 1 code as of now.

    Same here with an Fallout 3 download code, which was included in Fallout 4. Hopefully Microsoft can fix this as soon as possible.

    Hey there Cpt Nez!

    Just to clarify, did you redeem a pre-paid code for Xbox Live or did you purchase an Xbox Live membership directly through the promotion on your Xbox One console? If you redeemed a pre-paid code, you will not qualify for this offer. Thanks in advance!

    To check, did you purchase the game through the promotion or did you a redeem a pre-paid code? If you redeemed a pre-paid code I'm afraid you wouldn't be eligible for this offer.
