    I'm getting an error when trying to redeem an xbox live 12m subscription code:

    This service is currently unavailable. Please try again later.

    I waited ~24 hours to try and redeem the code, but it is still not working. I went through a whole bunch of troubleshooting with support and they finally told me to come here since my account is marked in the preview program.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Is there anyone on your Xbox Live friends list that could have had access to your account or your Xbox One console that could have redeemed the code you were sent? Once a code is redeemed after it has already been sent, unfortunately
    we are unable to replace the code. Due to the code being redeemed, we are unable to further assist.

    Sincere apologies for any frustration this may have caused.
