    Unable to redeem xbox live code


    I am unable to redeem an xbox live code from a card that I purchased. When I input the code it says it is for a 12 month subscription but when I press confirm I get an error.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Is there anyone on your Xbox Live friends list that could have had access to your account or your Xbox One console that could have redeemed the code you were sent? Once a code is redeemed after it has already been sent, unfortunately
    we are unable to replace the code. Due to the code being redeemed, we are unable to further assist.
