    I've tried on both PC and Xbox. Used multiple browsers. When I plug the code in it recognizes the product. When I click okay I get the same error:

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Is there anyone on your Xbox Live friends list that could have had access to your account or your Xbox One console that could have redeemed the code you were sent? Once a code is redeemed after it has already been sent, unfortunately
    we are unable to replace the code. Due to the code being redeemed, we are unable to further assist.
