    Unable To Redeem XBL 15 Month Code


    I've tried to redeem a code for XBL and I've gotten an error message on my Xbox One. I tried on my laptop and was given a need to add payment option. My CC was already on file and I even added my PayPal account and I'm still get the add payment message.
    Is there a solution to this?

    Not able to Redeem the 1-month XBL gift.

    Customer Support advised me to make a post about not being able to Redeem the 1-month XBL subscription. So here it is.

    I never was able to redeem the 1 month XBL subscription. I received an error code each and every time I tried to redeem the code on my X1.

    Yes. I bought a Xbox live gold card from Walgreens. When I redeemed it I clicked on the ad that was advertising the $15 gift card if I signed up today. When I clicked on it there was a redeem code option. I clicked redeem code and redeemed it. After I did
    that a message popped up saying that I would receive the code for the $15 gift card within a month, and it's been almost 2 months and I never got it.

    There is a way to upgrade to gold without credit card. You can go and buy a pre-paid XBL subscription for either 1 month, 3 month or 12 months. Then scratch off the code-covering material and redeem your code and you will be able to play on-line.
