Unable to redeem x1s console upgrade promotion

On Thursday, December 8th, I found this offer and attempted to take advantage of it:

"We’ll give you 50,000 Rewards Credits when you buy an Xbox One S* from

MicrosoftStore.com between now and December 31. In addition to the most advanced Xbox yet, you’ll also get a select
FREE game when you order select consoles, and FREE expedited shipping."

I couldn't find reference to the offer on the Microsoft Store, so I started a chat with an agent. As I recall, the agent said that the offer was available through Xbox Live Rewards and that I'd have to sign up for them, and that once I was signed up I could
find a promo code to redeem the offer. I did not save a copy of this chat. The sign-up process said it would take 2 days, so I signed in on Monday, December 12th, and couldn't find any reference to the offer. However, there was a promotion to get $50 and a
free game, so I bought the Xbox One S through the Microsoft Store, thinking that maybe I misunderstood the agent, and that I might need to buy an Xbox One S to get a code to redeem through Xbox Live Rewards. It doesn't seem like either way has worked, so after
a few more chats (one through the Microsoft Store, the other through Xbox Support), I was pointed to this forum. Please contact me with any information. Thanks.

Hi El Wray. You are eligible for the 30000 Credits. Credits are awarded 15 days after the console is shipped. Since your purchase was made on the 13th, Credits have not yet been awarded. Hang tight!
