unable to redeem prepaid codes

i have both a PS4 and Xbox one i am making that statement because of the problem i have i use my PS4 more anyways straight to the point i am unable to redeem prepaid codes for the following

Alan wake

Ea acccess ( got this with the console)

xboxlive (got this with the console)

error is xbos1005 i am unable to migrate to another region inorder to try redeeming it says error i am in the caribbean and not the USA i tried migrating my account to USA region but no luck i hate this cause i have games i want to play and can't i hope
some one has advice because i am at a point of frustration because i can stick to ps4 and sell this one

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

I am unable to redeem my 3 months prepaid xbox gold code for a week.

The region you purchased the codes must match your billing info region. Subscription cards are region locked.

 

even though i am in the caribbean my billing address is the USA.....on the console when attempting to redeem it says offer invalid but on the pc when trying online it says something went wrong xbos1005. i feel cheated from microsoft.
