    Unable to redeem points


    I'm trying to redeem points and the code is valid but when I try to apply it to my account I'm getting the following error message:

    XBOS-3010

    I've tried this several times but I keep getting the same error message. Any one know how to get this resolved?

    Microsoft rewards points

    How do I redeem a microsoft rewards code? I am unable to redeem the code. I have called support and they are unable to redeem the points. They advised me to put a post on how to redeem the points. Can you pls contact me to figure a way to redeem these

    I have 100,000 plis points to redeem and am unable to do so. The rewards page is completely blurred out no matter what browser I use. I want to redeem my points! Can anyone help me?

    You should contact the chat support and have those prepaid codes checked.

    Came with my bundle that I never redeemed until now. It shows the correct number of points that I should redeem but when I try to apply the code to my account, I'm still getting the following error message. The code appears valid but it won't apply to
    my account, it just keeps getting the error. Who do I contact to get this resolved?

    I've already gone through the suggested help and looked on the forum but can't seem to find someone that could help. Does anyone know of a phone number for Xbox 360 Live that I can contact who can help with the code?

    Ok, if you've tried the code on the link I posted earlier then head over to
    commerce.microsoft.com
    and ensure that all of your billing info matches your physical location and you don't have any pending transactions that haven't gone through you that may be blocking you from adding anything else.

    If that doesn't work then you will need to contact phone support
    support.xbox.com/contact-us
    for more assistance. 1-800-469-9269 in North America.

    I tried chat support but with no luck. They were very friendly and tried to help but we were unable to resolve the issue. They had me try several things but it didn't help. I was missing a payment method but it still failed after it was added. Sounds
    like they validated the code but I could not apply it to my account for whatever reason. Hope someone else can use the code but I've already spent to much time trying to resolve the issue:
