Unable to redeem or deposit Xbox rewards points

Hello, I have over 50,000 points in my rewards account and I have been trying to get them deposited to my account, it says if we have over 5000, they will deposit on the 15th and 30th of each month but it is now the 2nd snd still nothing, also it says we
can make an early deposit request but I see no option to do so, can someone help me with this please?

We were unable to make your final Rewards deposit. Any pending Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems in your account will be converted into Microsoft Rewards points in late June, where you can redeem them for items in the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So it depends on when they became pending as to when they are scheduled for deposit. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are
deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Since you have over 5,000, yours would already be scheduled
for a deposit so there is no need to request one.
