Unable to redeem my Rainbow Six Vegas 2 Code from buying Rainbow Six Siege

I am unable to redeem my Vegas 2 code. I have tried my Xbox 360, the Xbox website, and was troubleshooted by a sales rep online to no avail. Each place I have tried to redeem I get "This is not a Valid Code" or something went wrong. The sales rep said my
code is active but could not successfully trouble shoot my problem. He sent me here to see if I could get help. Any other suggestions?
