    Hi, I recently bought a pre-paid code and attempted to use it on the microsoft site, xbox site, my xbox and none of it worked. I talked with someone from the microsoft support chat, but they said it was a major error that they were solving on their side,
    and I wanted to know if anyone was experiencing the same problems as me.

    Question about Redeeming a Code while under UA Investigation

    So, last week my account was hacked.

    I'm currently locked out of my account (for the UA Investigation)

    The redeem Code page says that I will be unable to redeem a code while my account is suspended because of billing errors.

    My account was suspended by XBLive support, and the reason listed is that there are problems with my billing information.

    Does this mean that I won't be able to redeem a code?

    If so, is there a way for them to change the suspension so that I can still redeem codes.

    (people giving out codes on forums and twitter, and I want to be able to get them)

    Only 24 digit code?

    I have the same problem. It's not a fake code like TenthStreetRed suggested, it's just an old code.

    I'm wondering if there's any way to redeem these codes despite their age.

    I was wondering the same thing. Got two emails for "free cars" with redeem codes. Redeemed the codes but no cars in my garage... wondering if I have to "purchase" those too. This whole thing is pretty misleading!
