    I’m unable to redeem the 10x bonus Lootboxes that came with GoY edition. Entering the code throws a age limit message:

    I’ve been able purchase lootboxes in XBox store, what gives?

    I didn't receive the 10 free loot boxes that was supposed to come with the Game Of The Year Edition of Overwatch.

    If you are running into issues due to your account being a child account we recommend having the adult account in charge of the family check up on your

    security and privacy settings.

    If all settings are open for you account we recommend reaching out to the

    Ok, after AGG xGREYx HG's post I done a little investigating myself. I went to the store to try and buy an ESO Crown Pack, which I have purchased many times over. Guess what? Same problem! It says it is already owned. Microsoft please get this issue fixed

    I'm having the same issue with Rocket League Crate Keys. Because I've already bought them, it reflects that I "own" it rather than giving me the opportunity to buy more. I wonder if this is an issue across all games that have packs that you can buy multiple
