    Today was the day to renew the subscription, so today I was going to use the token given to me , but I was charged for this month subscription, so I asked a representative to remove the charge, and he did so. But now, when I go to use the token it is saying
    that it can't be redeemed. I get this error message, This token has expired and cannot be redeemed. uCc/xItkAh85yYw/Oh/dbc.0.0.4.6 2017/09/01 - 14:33:11 UTC. The email fine print for the token says " *Offer valid until 12:00 AM GMT November 1, 2017 or while
    supplies last. Codes for additional free months must be redeemed by December 15, 2017. "

    I bought a Groove Music 3-Month pass for 200 Microsoft Rewards points.

    Now because of the Groove-Spotify Merger, I am unable to redeem my UNUSED pass.

    Could I have my 200 Points refunded?

  5. No, I tried to redeem the code on the same account that was signed in and when I go to the redemption page I get the error message.
