Unable To Redeem Gold

Hello there!

I have an issue trying to redeem a pre-paid 3+1 Month Gold card I purchased from GameStop on Wednesday. I first tried to redeem it on the website and it didn't work. Then, I tried it on the Xbox 360 and it didn't work. Finally, I tried it on the Xbox One
and it still didn't work. I got an error message for each:

Unable to redeem prepaid xbox gold code for a week.

I am unable to redeem my 3 months prepaid xbox gold code for a week.

throws me

XBOS-3016

3ea30703-2b3c-4eeb-9786-b7ba01e28f4c

on the website and

on the console.

Anyone else unable to redeem?

Unable to redeem gold codes

I am unable to redeem gold code due to it saying that I have already got a gold membership, but I am not allowed to do anything that gold would allow. can anyone help me ?

P.S: My Gold doesn't end until July 8th. I wanted to redeem it now because I read a different thread saying Gold stacks.

You'll need to try contacting support and speak to billing. Since that error message is related to billing issues, but you don't have a payment method on file already, they would be the ones you'd need to talk to to see if they can get it sorted out for

Yes, it says that I have redeemed the Xbox Game Pass Core. I can provide an image and the code used to redeem the gold. I am still unable to login to my xbox.com account though.
