unable to redeem gift cards

I am having the same problem. I an unable to find a way to redeem my 10 dollar gift card

Kindly confirm if you will be able to see the redeemed gift card transaction just in case the gift card was redeemed on your Microsoft account by signing on to account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you tried to redeem the gift card.

Check your other accounts' order history as well if you're unable to find the transaction.

Also, check the account Order History of your family members or friends who might have been using your Xbox console or Windows PC frequently at your home. It might be possible that the gift card was accidentally redeemed on one of their accounts.

If you're unable to find the redeemed gift card and Microsoft Xbox Support is also unable to track it down, I highly recommend you reach out to the retailer GameStop for possible replacement depending on their policy since they provided you with used gift card codes.

When you purchase an Xbox gift card, make sure that the currency you use matches the currency associated with the recipient’s billing account. Otherwise, the recipient will be unable to redeem the gift card.

If you redeem an Xbox gift card in a country that doesn’t match the country associated with your billing account, you won’t be able to use those funds.

The funds in your Microsoft account can’t be transferred after you redeem your Xbox gift card.

You can’t use funds in your Microsoft account to purchase physical goods from online stores.

Try to redeem the gift card again on a web browser online on redeem.microsoft.com and check if the message shows up as the codes were already redeemed.

Note: Make sure to use the correct account where you want to have your gift card redeemed.

If you have received the error message, kindly confirm if the gift card was redeemed successfully on your account by signing in to your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you redeemed the gift card.

If you're unable to find the redeemed gift card transaction under order history, check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history to find the transaction.

If you're able to find the transaction, validate if the gift card is for Microsoft credits or an Xbox subscription.
