Unable To Redeem Gears Of War 3 and 1 Codes

Hi,

I am an avid Xbox fan and I have purchased the Xbox one console which "supposedly" came with Gears of War 4 and the entire Gears of War collection available for download on the Xbox Store. I am able to download Gears of War Judgement and 2, but I'm not able
to download Gears of War 1 and 3 due to the below error,

Xbox One : It says waiting might help gives the following error - hlk3vLNHLEqXV2lr.207.9

PC via Xbox Store :

XBOS-3012
8f175fff-b316-4495-84fe-68565c8a7f15

I know that the codes I'm posting are different from what the usual error codes look like, but the above is the only reasons the console and the pc are giving for not downloading the games.

I have tried contacting Microsoft and it says the does not exist. I live in South Africa so that could be a reason why but still this is unacceptable and really makes me regret buying the Xbox One in the first place.

Cannot redeem Gears of War 1 and 3 that came free with Gears of War 4 on XBOX One

I bought a copy of Gears of War 4 for the Xbox One a while back. It came with free downloads of Gears of War 1-3 and Gears of War Judgement. I was able to redeem Gears of War 2 and Judgment but am unable to redeem Gears of War 1 and 3. And with 3, it says
the code has already been used but it does not appear in my library, whereas with 1, I am simply unable to redeem it. Please help.

Gears of War Promotion Code

Hi Xbox Team,

I've received Gears of War 1 - 3 and Judgement codes for playing Gears of War Ultimate Edition.

I was able to redeem Gears of War 2 and Judgement (already have GoW 3 on my account), but I am unable to redeem Gears of War 1. It just says "Something Went Wrong"..

Any help?

Sorry to hear it. The code XBOS 3012 suggests a region issue which may be what is causing the problem. You say you live in South Africa. Please make sure that your account and/or console match that region to be able to download the content.

Same issue for me. I have been able to redeem codes for Gears of War 3 and Gears of War Judgement, but haven't been able to redeem Gears of War 1 and Gears of War 3. I also tried in microsoft.com/redeem with my Xbox associated account and didn't work either.

Could someone advise on how to proceed further?

on 13/10/2016 I got the game gears of war 4, and along with it comes the codes to access the previous games, but the code to gears of war 1 and 3 am unable to use, are not valid.

I have this problem as well. I live in the UK and have download codes for all 4 Gears of War games (1, 2, 3 & Judgement). I cannot redeem Gear 1 or 3 but 2 and Judgement redeemed fine.
