Unable to redeem free game Dungeon Siege III

I'm using the web store on xbox.com and am unable to redeem the free game with Gold "Dungeon Siege III". I got Dirt 3 with no problems.

My 360 no longer works, but I was hoping to redeem it from the web store, so I can play it on Xbox One with backwards compatibility. Anyone else having this problem?

The message I get is: "

Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again"

I guess online co-op is the only big thing that can disappoint gamers but still looking forward to it.

 

When will we be able to download the 360 games for gold on the Xbox one?

You can also use Xbox.com to claim the games, no need to dig out your 360.

It has been reported that the publisher is currently not allowing purchase/download of this game. If I hear more information on this, I will pass that on.

 

this games are only able to redeem in the untied states of america on the xbox.com, if your wanted the game you will have to get it threw your xbox system.

You need to have an actual gold membership not trial cards.

If another account is the Gold account you must sign in within that profile as gold doesn't leave the xbox one consoles except for the master account

 

Dungeon seige is avajlable elsewhere you just gotta change the marketplace to whatever your region is

Keep in mind your account region and actual region must match and your billing info on your PayPal or credit card must match

At xbox.com ensure your country in the bottom left hand side is correct. If it is not just click on the country to change it. Its important this matches the console (even though you no longer have yours)

Sometimes free gold trials perform differently to paid subscriptions. You don't always get the extras.

I also wanted to mention that if you do not have payment option attached to your account (ie. Paypal/Credit Card) please make sure to add those. Even with free games the system sometimes seems to require that.
