Unable to redeem EA Access code

Discus and support Unable to redeem EA Access code in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Tried to redeem from both web and console. Both showed same the same error message: Something went wrong Sorry about that. Give it a try in a while....     Unable to redeem EA Access code


    Tried to redeem from both web and console. Both showed same the same error message:

    Something went wrong

    Can't activate EA Access code. Both bought as a gift card and which was in the box with XBOX One S.

    Since Estonia is unfortunately not an Xbox Live supported region, nor is it an

    EA Access supported region    , that is why the codes are unable to redeem. Changing console region will not bypass the issue.

    Due to this being a region issue out of our hands, we are unable to assist further. Apologies for any frustration this may cause.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to generate or acquire advance codes. If you don't have your code by August 27, 2016, feel free to post a new thread.

    Hey, ConorRedmond8! If any codes say they have been redeemed, we are unable to replace those codes. It's likely that the code might have been accidentally redeemed on another account on your console; this is a scenario we see often in these cases.

    If you would like to have EA Access, you will need to purchase it. Thanks for understanding!

    For a limited time pre-order Madden NFL 17 and receive a code for one month of EA Access**. The code for EA Access will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days. This offer is available for a limited time only and you must redeem
    your EA Access code by September 9, 2016. You can redeem the code on your console or at xbox.com/redeemcode.
    Unfortunately we are unable to obtain advance codes or generate new ones. If you do not receive your code by the 10th day following your pre-order, feel free to post a new thread so we can look into it.
