Unable to Redeem Codes on Any Platform - SVC-RedeemInternalServerError

Every time I try to redeem a code I receive the following error. I've tried on multiple xbox, iOS and android app, and every web browser. I get the same error on each device no matter which method or link I use to try to redeem. 12month xbox live code.
It's already been replaced by CS with a new one but still receive error below. I was recommended to try the support forums as one rep thought it may be because I'm an xbox insider preview member:

TROUBLE REDEEMING DIGITAL CODE

I have been trying to redeem an online digital code for Xbox (not xbox live). I have purchased a $70 code. When I enter the code to redeem it, microsoft/xbox recognizes the monetary amount but it won't add it to my account. I have been trying to add this
for quite some time and this is the message I keep receiving:

xbox 3 month gold membership won't redeem?

I bought my 3-month gold membership yesterday and I try to redeem it but it won't go through I spoke to the agent and they couldn't help at all now in a put exactly the code error that shows me when I put my membership.

It's been two days and I've already spoken with a rep, it was supposed to be handled by the Advocacy group or something within 24 hours. Guess not.
