    Unable to redeem codes for GoW 1, 2 and 3


    So, I purchased Gears of War 4, and how cool was it to get codes to redeem Gears of War 1, 2, 3 and Judgement ! In fact, I even got codes from both Amazon and Xbox... but of course, since this is Xbox and nothing ever works like it's intended to, the codes
    don't work...

    I tried redeeming the codes on the Xbox One, in the Xbox app, and directly on microsoft.com/redeem. I either get an obscure error, or a message that says I can't redeem these codes in this language (then again, my fault for using an obscure language called
    English...). Unfortunately, the error message doesn't say which language I should try... I can't be bothered to try all languages one by one.

    Strangely, I was able to redeem one game, Gears of War Judgement (the lamest one of the lot, lucky me!)... but what do I do with the 3 other games? Please help.

    hi I can't redeem my code for both gow 1 and 3. Got bundle collection when brought gow 4, am unable to redeem two codes

    Gears of War Promotion Code

    Hi Xbox Team,

    I've received Gears of War 1 - 3 and Judgement codes for playing Gears of War Ultimate Edition.

    I was able to redeem Gears of War 2 and Judgement (already have GoW 3 on my account), but I am unable to redeem Gears of War 1. It just says "Something Went Wrong"..

    Any help?

    I live in Mexico and bought the console here, the console included 4 codes: GoW 1, GoW 2, GoW 3, GoW 4 and 5, I could redeem every one except GoW 3. They are available in the store.
